Nevertheless she is extremely quiet yacht. Thanks to her underwater exhausts the noise level has been reduced to 68 dB @ 1600 rpm. Vibration has been also reduced at minimum due to specific mounting of engines. 2024: the owner added a 4th upper/lowercabin opposite the twin cabin. Available for children. Experienced crew of two is there to assist you with all your wishes and contribute to the ultimate luxurious experience and total comfort. It is not the first time that Caroline endorses the double-profile of Stewardess and Cook. She started working in 2015 and continued her yachting journey on many different sailing and motor yachts from 20 to 33 meters. Caroline’s passion for the ocean and the navigation pushed her to get her certificates and to start working immediately. She shines in the kitchen mostly through her adaptation skills and the curiosity to find new flavors. Fond of Mediterranean food and Asiatic food, Caroline’s cuisine is also centered around the sea, her favorite dishes include fish and especially bluefin tuna.
Positive, smiling and hard-working, Caroline isn’t scared to work under the pressure and adapt herself to the guests’ requests. Most of all, and in her own words “the meal is above all, a moment of sharing and pleasure”.
When she is not working, Caroline likes to travel, swim, snorkel, fish, read and see films.
